→ Pre-Order ETA's are ALWAYS an estimate and begins when the order is ship to us - not to customers. Since, we are unable to predict transit times, we have to wait until production is complete. From that point, that an order ships from our manufacture to Jack & Jill, shipments take on AVERAGE 7-10 business days to arrive to us. Once arrived, we unpack, sort, and inventory. When this process is completed, shipping to customer begins. We ask for 7-10 business days to complete shipping an order once it has arrived to us.
